How does the ordering process work

In Switzerland PrEP is a prescription drug. In order to obtain PrEP you must visit a doctor (addresses below) and obtain a prescription.

We will send you a reply envelope for the prescription and/or the data sheet. The data sheet requires your personal signature.

As soon as we have received all the information, we will send your medication to your home address by invoice.
Pick-up
You can also buy PrEP directly at Apotheke Schaffhauserplatz in Zurich.
Just drop by, give us a call or send us your order by email. However, we always need a doctor’s prescription.
